Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Any product purchased from our online store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Please note that watches must be in unused condition for us to be able to grant refund. We do not accept any refunds where the product shows the slightest sign of use. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. We recommend taking a picture of how you have packed your return for future references.
In order to make a return or exchange your product, please use our returns portal. Prepaid labels are available for only us domestic states (lower 48 states). U.s. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for prepaid return labels.
Please note that the package must be dispatched within 7 days upon receipt of the prepaid return label. If your order is not eligible for free returns it must be dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return your order.
Kronaby watches cannot guarantee receipt if return shipments are sent using other shipping methods than the one provided by us. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that returns that was made without contacting customer service may be refused.
For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed, and a refund will be issued. We recommend arranging for your return with FedEx or UPS and cannot guarantee receipt of returns process by any other carrier.
Please note that we require items to be received and checked before we’re able to process a refund.
Shipping and customs/duties refunds. We do not refund any shipping cost that is inured by the customer. For example if the customer plays for express shipping this fee will not be included in the refund. On free shipping option, we will subtract the cost of shipping the item from the refund. Also we do not refund any customs/duties charges that is occurs with the order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order before dispatch, therefore we ask of you to play close attention during the order process.
Items included as part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return or cancellation. They are not considered to be a complimentary item. The exchange of promotional items is not covered by complimentary shipping.
